Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah Riyad won the toss and elected to bat first against visiting Zimbabwe in the second and final match of a Test series at Sher-e-Bangla National cricket Stadium on Sunday.

The Tigers are looking forward to avoid a series defeat with a better show in the game while Zimbabwe keen to break the 17-year drought of away series victory, having a 1-0 lead in the series with a 151-run win in the first match against home side in Sylhet.

Zimbabwe won a two-Test away series last in April 2001 also against Bangladesh.
